The Velocite MONC50 wheels use the innoviative MONC50 clincher rims laced to Velocite OS15 hubs with an oversize 15mm rear axle, using extremely strong (developed for downhill racing) DT Swiss Super Comp spokes and DT Swiss brass nipples.

The rims are made from uni-directional carbon incorporating a thin metal foil that allows them to handle heat a lot better than any other rim. As a result the MONC50 wheels can be built lighter while still retaining the required strength and reliability. The Velocite MONC50 wheels do not have a set rider weight limit.
